Thanks again so much I needed that advice. I can manage to get to an incline bench luckily. Thanks you helped out a lot and I didnt mean for you to go out your way to explain so sorry about that.

The upper part of your pecs(chest muscle) can specifically be targeted with incline chest flies, if you have access to a good workout bench. If not then it is more trouble than it is worth so just perform them on a flat surface. Upper mid and the lower parts all work together anyway.

Cutting out fat in your diet. Performing ab exercises such as crunches. Apart from that there's not much you can do.

It is the best and the most effective exercise for Abs ! But it is also quite difficult because you have to raise and hold your bony on air to do it ! Anyway it is awesome !
