in my case 15 is the magic number... 14 to 15 reps usually could be the hardest to curl if you are doing the right thing and it that way it activates more of your muscle fibers, for a fact that you push them to the limit... try pushing more reps if possible on a heavy weight for maximum gains. it doesn't matter if you do more than 15 reps and besides there are workouts that rep-to-failure, take note on the sets you are working, 6 sets for small muscle group and 9 sets for large muscle group

James 4 11 Do not speak evil against one another, brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge. 12There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor? 15Instead you ought to say, "If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that." 16... All such boasting is evil.

8-10 reps is paramount 4 building, 15 will just chuck u in2 a catabolic cycle where ur actually degrading and losin the muscle u already have....idiot!

check out chad waterbury's book "huge in a hurry" it pretty much contradicts everything that blondie's sayin on this video (except for the swinging stuff). this guy's probably been lifting since he was 8 years old if he's doin 15 rep sets.

bicep curls is the last thing a beginner would want to do.

Depends on your genetic makeup, start off lightly.
