No it's not, Alaska is the largest state, then Texas, THEN California.

In all fairness, McCain was referring to Bill Clinton when he referred to the Governor from Arkansas. And after that he referred to Ronald Reagan. Clinton, at age 32, was the youngest Governor in the country. McCain's point was that young and inexperienced people have actually been successful as Presidents. Interesting that he should mention a Democrat. Of oourse, poor McCain should have realized that Sarah Palin was not merely inexperienced; she was stupid, and that made all the difference.
