It's a demonstration people!!! Even in the UFC there are rules so that people aren't maimed unnecessarily. Take Aikido and then tell me that you think it's fake! I take it and if I don't roll with the throw it hurts like you wouldn't believe. Even when we do learn the right way not to get hurt we still do. Steven Seagal doesn't need much movement to execute the techniques because he has mastered them. Until you've been on the receiving end of an Aikido wrist lock or throw you'll never understand

what a master. its not choreographed as you think. its jut the attackers all know how to fall and not get themselves injured. seagal controls everybodys movement, position himself, and uses his attackers to block the attack path. this is a true martial art. masterful defenive technique. i always thought the moves done in his movies were impossible to do in real life, this shows that it is possible. u da man seagal!!!

Yesterday I did aikido is verry funny with a small ammount of power you can get the other person on the ground I like it :D

i'm going to defend aikido, first, i read a lot of your comments saying that aikido is an inefficient and impractical martial art. ok if you want to fight like animal thats your fucking problem, aikido is to defend yourself from attacks, not be fighting like in those horribles "martial arts" like kick boxing, vale todo etc, so stop saying that you wanna see an aikidoka on a ring cuz you never gonna see that¡¡ i hope some day an aikido teacher break the face of those who say that is fake
