Do you really expect to pull into a quick Charge Station in your Electric cars/Hydrogen car 50 years from now and expect the sign on when you look up to not say Exxon, Shell, Chevron,Conoco? I mean it is hillarious how "Big Oil" seems to be sponsering the Global Warming Scare documentries on Discovery Channel and they are the ones saying "we need to get off oil" the most now that their lobbying to lift the ban on alternative energy R&D suceeded Suprised Enivronut activist missed that

**let me ask you this** How does continuously taxing gasoline, oil and "fossil fuels" help growth and inovation when it raises the cost of everything dependendent on "fossil fuels" which includes fertilizer for crops, pesticides for crops, medicine and medical supplies? How does stopping drilling for "fossil fuels" help us innovate when all other technology needs "fossil fuels" to develop and lack of it make even "alternative technology" to go up in price?

**The coal fired power plants that emmit only steam only exist in you head** Alright, suit yourself but let me ask you this Why, if the EpA is useless and the filtration technology doesn't exist, don't we just invent them? Why do we have to "Get off fossil fuels" Why can't we just find cleaner ways to use "fossil fuels"? Also how does paying a Co2 tac make Ice grow back in the north Pole? How does "admiting we sinned" by signing Kyoto and paying taxes to the UN "reverse Climate Change"?

**Name 1 technology we can switch to that isn't dependent on "fossil fuels"** Let me help you eliminate Corn biofuel : uses fertilizer based on "fossil fuels" needs machines run on fosil fuels to harvest quickly.needs machines powered by "fossil fuel" to tun to biofuel Windmills: Carbon fiber body made from oil as is plastic, resin, paint, metal parts smelted with Coal Solar panels:Metal smeled with coal, glass made with natural gas, rubber.plastic made from oil Hemp: see Corn algae; See corn

**So now your saying these figures are untrue** They are true if they actually stick meters to measure them. Odd all that shit gets past the manditory filtration systems the EPA requires though **This large coal fired power station's emmision figures are, what, just made up?** Again if they are actually measured over estimated then it shouldn't be.right? *I'm afraid these figures are accurate* So what should we do? Name 1 technology we can switch to that isn't dependent on "fossil fuels"

**TRAA quote, "But like computers, cell phones, and electronics coal powered turbines to have been made smaller and more powerful Current turbines can reach 300MW"** Yeah, I posted that But you are confusing a turbine with a plant You can have more then 1 turbine in a plant. The Hoover Dam has 17 turbines within it 300MW Turbine is availible technology put 20 of them into a power plant and you have a 4.6GW plant Place 40 of them into a power plant and you get a 9.2GW plant

TRAA So now your saying these figures are untrue. This large coal fired power station's emmision figures are, what, just made up? No, I'm afraid these figures are accurate. The coal fired power plants that emmit only steam only exist in you head.

**No that is the emission figures released by the power station operators. The emmision also included 20000 tonnes of sulphur dioxide and 54000 tonnes oxides of nitrogen in 2007. This is fact not fiction.** "facts" to get government funding/subsidies/tax breaks to solve to solve those "problems" Being "PC" sometimes means going with the flow and playing "victim" or "possum" Can't say I blame them.
