Africans sold their own for slavery since the beginnning of written history. Black slave traders captured and sold slaves to arab countries thousands of years before any European slave trade. Europeans tinkered with chattel slavery and then outlawed it just like they abolished the feudal system etc. Today, you can still buy slaves all over Africa. Slavery is an Africa TRADITION, it's normal African culture. In fact many tribes still require payment for the purchase of a wife.

Wanna see real cruel slavery? you don't have to go to far, just go down to Dominican Republic and watch how local farmers hire illegal Hatian's for cheap labor and then tied them up to trees and beat the heck out of them sometimes for no reasons since they have no where to go but to suffer hunger in Hati, i seen it and it's not something you wanna think about or remember when sitting down for a meal, i really wish there was someone that could do something about this

damn thats sad, but i would like to say a couple things.. STOP ACTING LIKE THE "white man" is the only one to blame slavery was going on in africa long before the white man arrived. im not justifying ANYTHING for anyone but dont let this video fuel racism. just my 2 cents, may god help them. im not justifying what they did but dont let this fule racism for u
