first 21karategirl01 the song is not famous but if u like this type of song u can listen to "halawa" this song is very beautifull 2nd fatdanios when we belly dance we stepp on our fingers and high heels make your feet in the right position so high heels does help in dancin but of course it limits the mouvement a little bit so it doesnt hurt if u belly dance with high heels sometimes...

Oh, hon~I must disagree with you on the high heels. They limit the amount of movement a great deal and they cause the pelvis to thrust forward which can cause spinal injury. (Trust me, I KNOW!) I realize that some people think they look sexy but I think that when you have the range of motion dancing barefoot or in flat shoes, you dance much, much better.
