Ok... thanks for that interpretation. I don't happen to thank that it's te best interpretation of that particular piece of scripture, but I thank you for voicing your opinion.
Peace,
Fr. Robert

yes I wanted o tell you it's meaning... The silver is the commandments, the woman is the church, and the light is the word of God, she sweeps the house of traditions of men and cuts on the light of Gods word finds the lost coin the seventhday sabbath and calls her neighbors and friends together and say's rejoice with me for I found the lost coin the seventhday sabbath!!! or the sweeping is the going to and fro through the scriptures!

xxXlm -- I know SEVERAL of the possible interpretations or the parable, but I wouldn't be so proud or arrogant to think that I know the fullness of its meaning.
In Catholic theology, this parable is most often used to demonstrate the "foolishness" of God's love and forgiveness -- demonstrating that by human logic we should give up on the lost and the strays, but by God's logic there is never too much given to bring back even a single child of God.
--- Did you really want to discuss this?

do you know what this parable means? Luke 15:8 Either what woman having ten pieces of silver, if she lose one piece, doth not light a candle, and sweep the house, and seek diligently till she find it? 9 And when she hath found it, she calleth her friends and her neighbours together, saying, Rejoice with me; for I have found the piece which I had lost. 10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.

I am a Jesuit priest. I joined the Society of Jesus in 1994 and was ordained to the Catholic priesthood in June of 2007. --- I am also an engineer and a pretty big geek... that's my think.
Peace,
Fr. Robert

After watching this great review, I've been trying to find this product for sale, but can't find it. It appears that Logitech is no longer selling it. I wonder if there is another product similar to this.

Nice :) You should do an episonde about high end mice, such as the Logitech G5, G7, Razer copperhead and the such, although these are specifically aimed at gamers, there are also some others aimed at power user such as mx1000 (logitech) and similar. Although I dont know if logitech would give you so much stuff for one episode. Anyway, i digress. Lasers would be the coolest though. |
