A true free market is a utopia, like pure communism. It doesn't work. We all know this about communism, however few people know that a true free market existed at one point in Britain's history. It ended in disaster.
I don't get your logic at all. Someone who earns 20 times as much as you do can easily miss 10%, even 30%, more of his income than you.
As far as I hear Obama wants to give people who are disenfranchised a fair shot, not eliminate the divide of classes - that would be impossible.

Obama wants to bring people together but forced redistribution of wealth will have the opposite effect. Tax cuts for the rich has the same bad effect on the reverse end. What we need is the even playing field of a true free market. If we can't get rid of taxes then a flat tax should be enlisted. Everyone pays an equal share of their income. No favoritism because that only creates a divide of classes. This is coming from someone who is struggling financially.
