your absolutly correct!! In 1967-1969 there was G M R and X witch was the very first movie rating system then from 1970-late 1971 there was G GP R and X them in 1972-1984 there was G PG R and X them in 1984 -1990 there was G PG PG-13 R and X and then in 1990-present there was G PG PG13 R and NC-17.
Satan's Cheerleaders is rated PG but its PG13 today.

The PG-13 rating wasn't invented untill 1984 though, so it was either G, PG, R, or X
