Soviet Union had similar "portable Hirosimas" too. For example, self-propelled vihicle SM-54 (2А3) with long artillery gun(406 mm) and special nuclear round. It had max range 25,6 kilometers.
Later in USSR were developed 203-mm and 152-mm nuclear rounds for heavy artillery systems.
