These videos are like the Webster's for Health Care. They give us, the people using the HMO's and PPO's on a daily basis, what the insurance companies don't want us to have, KNOWLEDGE. When a catastrophe happens in your family you don't want to worry about the learning the in's and out's of your health plan and using a secret decoder ring to decipher what the "contract" is saying. You want to worry about your loved one. I hope there are more to come!
