No, it's his beautiful bone structure and those gorgeous eyes, he tops that off with adorning himself in a sort of "dandy" way, that's why he's so attractive.
People just give him a hard time because he's not trying to look like them, or fallow the status-guo...boys aren't supposed to be that pretty. But, I'm sure glad that he is.
