The calorie burn will definitely be more than 50 but you'd need to either manually measure your heart rate and figure your calorie burn or invest in a heart rate monitor. I don't exercise at all with my heart rate monitor.

Not very many, maybe 25-50, If you're wanting to burn calories you definitely want to be doing cardio workouts like walking/jogging or bike etc.

I know we're all different, but I think is 15 minute ball workout is awesome. I got such a great workout from this & i intend to keep it up at 3 times a week. Thanks Nicole for the exercises on the ball! Lee
