for your iron bar example. you said the mass was 0.4kg and when you calculated the heat exchange you used a mass of 400 which is incorrect if you check your units!!

Funny, ive been at like 5-7 TD lectures for now and ive barely understood shit, but this video actually did help a bit, thanks.
Oh, and does anyone have any other docs,vids or any other links where thermodynamics is explained in a good way? Im having a real hard time with the calculations..thanks.
