Thanks. I know what you mean now. I never saw her hair blonde except for a flash shot at the beginning of the show. I stupidly looked up this site today and found out who wins this episode. I am not telling my daughter though so as not to spoil it. I thought it was actually on now so no-one would know until after the announcement on TV. Why do people do that? Cheers

Actually, that's not what I'm talking about. I think that Marjorie's hair when it was short and blonde REALLY suited her. However, when they cut it really short and darkened it, she simply did not look as edgy. Sorry, but you can't deny that. I'm happy for you and your hair though.

part 2...Old women like Goldie Horn have this mentality and she looks awful whereas Sharon Stone still looks great with short hair. Some women keep long hair cos guys won't let them cut it and yet it can take years off their face. About time we stopped this stereotype.

are you one if those guys or gils who believe woman MUST have long hai to look great? Some of us don't have thick hair and it just looks stringy and takes a lot of work every day to keep it looking halfway decent. I got so frustrated with mine the other day I got mu man's clippers and off it came. I am liberated and my daughter and hubby think it's fine. Long hair is ok if it's like my daughters thick beautiful hair but others still lok feminine in short hair.
