Because tupacs lyrics had actual meaning, and he had a huge impact on alot of peoples lives. He just knew what people wanted to hear, and what people needed to hear. Hes a legend because of how he went out, only true G's go out in a bang. He came up in the slums just like a bunch of us but he still kept his mind on the brighter side, but he never forgot about where he came from. He was rich but he was still a true american Thug. To actually grow up in the hood isnt exactly an easy thing to do...
