We have a heavy shooting schedule for the next several days and will be releasing a number of new DVDs in early November. As a result we won't be able to deal with comments in a timely manner. So we're temporarily disabling comments on several dozen of our clips. We will resume allowing comments with approval in November as our schedule permits. In the meantime we will be adding new clips to the channel.

Not necessarily. The muscle in full extension has an elastic quality that actually generates passive force that can "help" the muscle. So to avoid that, individuals training will stop just before reaching full extension to increase strength and size in the muscle more efficiently.
