I was joking, probably other people (Egyptians, Lebaneses, Mesopotamians) say the same about us couse their cities are older then my own (Rome was founded -according to the legend- on April 21 of 753 b.C.). Best Grets from Here!

Actually, the lead in Roman drinking water due to lead plumbing (Plumbum = Latin for lead) and its effects have been overstated. Many Romans lived to old age just as we do. Most water channels and piping in the empire were clay. Infant mortality was higher, but if you survived past the age of 5 you had a nomral lifespan.

true true but guess wut they made the inside of the aquaducts out of.........leadand that killed ppl if they drank it so they only go to to live up to 35.

Roman and Byzantine architecture is very pretty. although the most impressive by far are the aquaducts. think about it these people had running water in ancient times. they even had fully atomated factories all powered by water. They dug up remains of a fully atomated mill for making bread all powered by the aquaducts. They also dug up remains of a automated saw that used water to move it back and forth to cut through marble.
