You mean the guy with the different colour contact lenses (ala bowie) who does cover versions of classic rock songs written by Bowie, Lennox, and everyone else who really mattered before he got his name from Marilyn Monroe? If you google a song title and the word "cover", you end up with a cover version made by Marily Manson. He is the definition of kitch. Can't sing either
