It was struck down by a judge in 1982. However, some stations continued to show the "Seal of Good Practice" well into the late 1980's.

The V/O heard around 4:20-4:30 sounds similar to the voice heard on the WVIZ (Cleveland) clip announcing who funded that station's airing of "Wall $treet Week."

It is from 1982. The Falklands War between Britain and Argentina took place that year.
