- Detents worn out?
- Loader is too hard on paint?
- Feedneck broken?
- Tried shooting it without barrel? or .693 barrel?

the eyes are like a sensor if there is a paintball blocking the eyes the gun will fire if there is nothing blocking the eyes the gun wont fire (message me back if you need more help)
