You might want to take a look around at health care systems in other developed countries. Those which have been socialized (ie. Canada, France, England, Sweden, Norway) have produced truly amazing results for the people of those countries. You won't find any of them lining up to use our health care facilities. Some of them even get free or heavily discounted prescriptions. Imagine how much less corrupt our government would be without drug companies influencing law makers.

What a load of cliches. The current medical system sucks in the USA. Its not free market medicine. No sector of the economy is more heavily regulated than medicine in the USA. For the typical working American, its almost as if medicine is socialized. Your healthcare plan is chosen by someone else, your employer. What the USA currently has is a highly regulated oligopoly in which the government is already the biggest player.
