On a completely unrelated note, doesn't Jon Stewart look a lot like Richard Lewis? (Lewis was the guy who played Prince John in Robin Hood: Men in Tights)

I think you are talking about the guy with the bow tie.

Stewart is a hateful human being. He covers his self hate with attempts at humor laced with name calling and personal attacks on others to divert the attention from his own inadequacies. In this example, he had no critical observations with constructive meaning, only attacks guised in poor attempts at humor. I have no horse in this race, just an observation.

Can the man not talk without his hands? Jesus, it's like a Mac commercial all over again.
ChappyDee (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
I am so glad Jon got in those last words. He tried to maintain a mature conversation but they wouldn't shut the fuck up for two seconds, and right at the end he hit them with how he really felt. "And you're as big of a dick on your show as you are on other shows."
CynicalObituary (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
This is the first time I've actually seen anyone completely embarrass anyone else on a political show. Most people (Mr. O'Riley comes to mind) are at least smart enough to know that they're idiots, therefore all the "SHUT UP!!111" and cutting off guest's mikes that occurs on the Factor. Tucker was just a sitting duck, though... just hilarious

New Scientist's "Feedback" column coined the term "nominative determinism" for those whose names were related to their jobs. I cannot think of a similar term for the Tuckers whose name is a rhyme for their inanity. But you're right. I've hated every Tucker I've ever encountered.

You know, now that you say that, I just realized that I've hated every Tucker I've known.

This guy... this guy! right here! i love this guy...
