40 cents an house isn't bad for a country like Congo.
If he/she works 5 hours that's around $2.00 a day which meets international standards.

china follows in western countries steps? The western countries went into africa and stole what ever they wanted. China is buying what they need, setting up long term contracts, building hospitals and schools.
