If you read the speeches Barack wrote in 2002 about what would happen in Iraq, he seems absolutely prophetic. Is it because he had better advisers? Is it because he's smarter? Is it because he has more common sense? Or is it because he wasn't drinking Dick Cheney's it'll-be-a-cake-walk, it'll-pay-for-itself Kool-Aid? Yes, all of the above.

Good ideas, but i don't think having a timetable for withdrawing our troops is a good. You can't rush making the security of a nation complete. We do need to get out, but not at the expense of others.
