Seriphanz is definitely showing how intelligent he is by his manner of speaking and foul language. . . I moved to south louisiana a few years ago, yet I didn't know what really happened in New Orleans until I was there recently and saw first hand the badly built levees. Much of New Orleans is above sea-level, and if you have a levee holding back flood water it doesn't matter if you are above sea-level or not; plus New Orleans didn't get flooded by the gulf, it was flooded by Lake Pontchartrain

I wonder, how many more of these questionable events will happen. How much longer will we, the people, let them get away with.
What is really scary is that the levy's currently needing repaired across the country won't get them because of the money problem. It's more important to give huge bailouts to irresponsible Corp.'s.

This video ignores the possibility and evidence that the levees in New Orleans were intentionally breached.
Multiple witnesses reported explosions in the levees preceding the levee failures.
Divers found a crater at the bottom of one levee.
There's historical precedent for the intentional breaching of the levees - 1927 for example when black neighborhoods were flooded to save wealthy areas and in 1965.
Then there's the echoes of 911, Waco, and OKC with the removal and corruption of evidence.
